This listing is for 1 Penguin Pez Dispenser, which was originally released in 1979. It is in very good condition for its age. The spring action is fairly tight, however, there is some head flop, which I understand is more common with some of the larger dispensers. But this is still a very nice piece for displaying! The patent number listed on the stem is U.S.A. 3.845.882, and the IMC is 9. Please see all of the photos for yourself and feel free to message me with any additional questions.
