For offer is a pair of Philips model 9856 rare loudspeaker Alnico midrange compression drivers. They work and sound great. This is a very rare loudspeaker unit , with large and strong Alnico magnet. They are from the 40`s / early 50`s . The loudspeakers have the original Philips high quality Phenolic diaphragms . The voice coils measure 9.5 and 10.3 Ohm dc. Frequency range is from 300 to 6000 Hz ( 15 Watts program power ) . The throat diameter is 1,5 inch. The diaphragms are 3 inch. The screw-on part of the driver is made of bakelite. The drivers weight is 2 KG each. These drivers are perfect for your D.I.Y. Klangfilm project.
