Offered is a vintage copy of an original photograph of President Roosevelt signing the Social Security Bill in 1935 with Rep. Doughton, Senator Wagner, Secretary Perkins, Senator King, Representative David J. Lewis and Representative Samuel B. Hill. Senator Harrison can be seen in rear between Secretary Perkins and Senator King. This is complete with original mailing envelope and a 6 page letter (circa 1990) with info on SS and celebrating the Anniversary of the signing of the bill 1935-1990. This originated from the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, etc. The opinion poll is missing, evidently returned.
