This winds at the bottom and plays the \"emperor\'s waltz\". Made in 1991, from a original painting by Thomas Blackshear. The inside has some discoloration in the ring area. I haven\'t tried to clean it. (that sometimes makes it worse) The outside wood has some areas which have some dings. I would place this in fair condition. The music box measures: 5 x 5.
