This is a vintage hard plastic \"ramp walker\" character toy Popeye that measures 3 1/4\" tall x 3\" x 1 5/8\". The toy is made to \"walk\" when pulled down a incline. The original string is missing but that is not hard to replace. The toyfeatures Popeye the Sailor pushing a wheelbarrow with a big can of spinach. The colors are blue, white, red and black. The toy has some everyday play wear but is not cracked and is functional. The front wheel rolls properly. It is a very cute Popeye toy. See my store for other interesting vintage toys.
