It has a padded shoulder strap and a build in diaper changing pad that has never been used. It still has the paper liner attached.Because of the design, it is very comfortable to use. There are two bottle holders on the two sides with a cinching string to adjust to the side of the bottle. The closing flap has a magnetic closure and there is a small zipper pocket inside for keys, money or smaller items that you want to keep secure. On the outside flap there is a larger zippered pocket. There is also a small handle on the top of the bag in cases where it is more convenient to carry the bag rather than wearing it. This is the perfect bag for on the go parents who want a diaper bag that is less bulky and doesn\'t have the look of a diaper bag.
