Welcome. Up for sale is a Pair of Antique Hand Painted Japanese Meiji Period Black & Gold Satsuma Vases with the Shimazu family crest inexcellentcondition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Some wear of the gold on the base of the vase on the left as shown. Colors are still vivid. Signed on the base with red mark as shown in photo\'s. Only the best artist were working for the Shimazu Family. The vases measure approx. 6 1/2\" (16.51cm.) in Height and 3 3/4\" (9.53 cm.) in Dia. A very decorative and classical pair of antique vases.
