Pre-WW1. 1901-1904 (M1903/06). US Army, 9-Pocket Cartridge Belt. Desirable and scarce First Style with puckered (gathered bottoms) pockets, for spitzer bullet with narrow belt tips. Brass, Carr Rimless Eagle Snaps. All of the snaps retain nearly all of their lacquer, and insides are bright brass as seen in the photos.
Very possibly unissued. High-excellent condition. This is one that would be hard to upgrade.
Strong original khaki color. As acquired at the Albuquerque NM Gun Show in 1986. Final price reduction on September 1st. A great buy at that price, on a seldom-seen pre-WW1 artifact.
