Excellent condition and guaranteed original pre WWI US Armyissue leather holster for the various .38 caliber Colt revolvers (i.e. Models 1892,1894, 1896, 1901, and 1903). Nice clear US stamp. Clearly marked ROCK ISLANDARSENAL and dated 1904 with inspector initials. Leather is soft and supple withbeautiful original color and only a little normal wear. Belt loop has a coupleof small holes. Stitching is nice and tight. Holster is all complete includingmuzzle plug and ring. A tough to find holster that will make a fine addition toyour collection alone or for display with your revolver.
