President Jimmy Carter Professionally Signed, Framed & Matted by The White House, 16\"x 20\" with 9” x 14” Photograph of “Signing of National Energy Bills”
Color photo picturing President Cater with various other politicians in the East Room of The White House in 1978 during the “Signing of National Energy Bills”. The National Energy Act of 1978 was a legislative response by the U.S. Congress to the 1973 energy crisis.President Carter’s signature on the photograph is in blue ball point pen (this is NOT an Auto-pen signature), personalized to Bill Morris, thanking him for his efforts on behalf of “the nation’s first energy act”. Also included is a typed signed letter on White House Letterhead, affixed to the back of the frame, sent to Mr. Morris thanking him for his help and signed by Frank Moore (Assistant to the President for Congressional Liaison) at the conclusion of the letter. The framed photo was a gift from President Carter. Frame measures 20” x 16” with professionally framed & matted picture 14\"x9\" by The White House.
