For Sale is \"Personal Memoirs of U S Grant Volume I\" Published in 1885 by the J. J. Little & Co. Book is in really Nice Condition for 131 Years Old. The Cover End is worn but the inside pages are in Excellent Condition. (I do not have Volume II). I had an Uncle who was a Civil War Buff and He got this Book way back when, but I do not know just when or where. He passed away in 1974 and I was given this Book shortly thereafter. It had been sitting on my Library Shelf for years but just looked at it again for the first time in years. Sometime along the way, the Book found its way to Alameda, California in 1929. There is a Tag on the inside cover that reads: \"Gift from the Citizens of the East Bay thru Barrett Camp No. 29 United Spanish War Veterans to the Veterans Memorial Building\".
