Up for consideration is a KPEA my little pony dress. These sold out in minutes on the KPEA site just a few weeks ago. I wasn\'t sure what size we needed so I ordered two. I personally think this runs a size small. It will fit a 4T great:) My daughter is wearing mostly 5\'s and I kept the size 6 for her.
