Under consideration is a quantity of 12 Vintage Dinner Plates by Limoges in a lovely pale green floral pattern. The Dinner Plates were purchased in Europe and stored for many decades, possibly never used.The pattern consists of a beautiful display of very intricate hand-painted green foliage in a variety of shades, there are hints of pink and tan blossoms within. The rims of the plates are gilt gold trimmed.A unique feature of this set of plate relates to the artistic flexibility of being hand-painted. All plates have a common floral motif, however, the pattern displayed on each plate differs slightly from the display on all others, there exists more or less foliage and blossoms painted on each plate at the discretion of the artist.
