This is asimply awesome silver teapot andis ofquite delightfulform.

All in all a quite stunning pot, itwould grace any home.

Assayed in Birmingham,1942-year letter S. Maker\'s mark for S Blanckensee.

It sits on four ball feet. It has a couple of small dings to one side,mentioned for accuracy.

This lovely item is in itself awonderfulpiece of grand George VI Deco silver.

Thediameter of the pot is large at 10.625 inches and its height 6 inches.

Thislovely teapot isofexceptional quality andis a mostdelightfulpiece oftable silver.

It is engravedto one side with contemporary initials and always has been(refer to images),definitely no erasures either.

Itsweightisasublime 600 grams (19.29 troy ounces) and the overall condition isfantastic. This splendid pot still has plenty of life left in it yet.All it needs is to be used!

One of the nicest teapots i have had in a long,long time.

Bears hallmarks to body,lid and handle too.

All in all areally good antique large sized item to grace any home.
