Product Details

This stunning Chinese Export Silver cigarette or cheroot case is much larger then average. It measures about 7\" Long x 3-3/8\" Wide and weighs an impressive 211.7 grams! It is beautifully decorated with a very well detailed dragon on a very fine satin hammered background. It is marked inside by the maker Zee Sung of Shanghai / Silver and is in exceptionally good condition, especially considering its age! I see no repairs and springs opens and closes as it should, the only thing is it looks like on one corner it was probably dropped / dinged but it is very minor. It is a very fine example of Chinese Export Silver from a well known maker.

Most pieces by Zee Sung appear to be from 1900-1940\'s but this one is actually dated at the time it was given as a gift with the initials BM and the date as 6-17-92 (1892). This will come to you exactly as pictured with the patina I-9931 )
