Up for sale is a MINT unmarked 1960s 36\" Playpal Doll, possiblyan elusiveVogue Ginny.

The doll\'s hard plastic body is in excellent condition -- no scrapes, breaks, dents, stains, etc. Her precious face is just as pristine from her rosy cheeks, rosebud mouth, and delicate painted eyebrows. Arm, leg and neck joints are in good working condition. Doll can be seated if desired but also can stand on her own.

Her eyes are a bright spiral iris blue. Her dark rooted eyelashes are all intact and both eyes open and close without issue. Her hair is strawberry blonde/light auburn in color and is in good condition.

As beautiful as this doll is on her own, what makes her absolutely too cute for words is her wardrobe and \"accessories\" which include:

  • A gorgeous mint green and white batiste gathered-waist,short-sleeved dress complete with a flouncy white net crinoline underneath andamatching white eyelet pinafore that can be removed from the dress if desiredand ties in a big bow in the back.

  • An equally adorable white batiste gathered-waist, short-sleeved dress with four covered buttons which adorn the pleated bodice to which is attached a broad mint and leaf green sash that makes agorgeous bow when tied in the back.

  • A one-piece short-sleeved cotton floral “romper” trimmed with a white eyelet collar.

  • A pair of white, side-buckle Mary Jane shoes which aredecorated with three cutout hearts -- one each in blue, yellow, and pink.

  • A pair of lace-trimmed white nylon anklet socks.

  • TWO pairs of ruffled rhumba panties. One white cotton with lace andanother pair ofpink ruffled rubber-backed panties.

  • A white \"straw\" hat.

And, best of all a matching white and mint greenplush bunny rabbit complete with a white bushy tail, mint satin neck ribbon, andadorable pink and black pom pom eyes!

Everything included is in excellent to mint vintage condition -- the doll, the clothes, the accessories as well as Mr. Peter Rabbit. allows sellers to post a dozen pictures with each listing. Usually, when I list an item on two or three photos suffice. When it came to this cutie, the hardest part was to figure out which 12 photos to upload as there just are so many things about this lot that are a delight and a feast for the eyes!
