An extremely rare 19th century Antique Ottoman Hat with exquisite Woolwork and Metal decoration and an interesting \"Sapphire\" looking Blue Stone fragmentinset to the top centre (please see photos).
This is the best example I have seen and in good condition for age with only minor losses and age wear as you would expect.
