Excellent 19th Century Qing Dynasty Chinese bronze hand warmer with pierced lid. Unusual incised design filled with dark blue enamel. Features landscape designs on long sides, with cranes on short sides. Handle decorated with flowers. Signed in two places, one appears to be a two-character signature, the other is probably a poem.
A similar (though unsigned) hand warmer sold late last year at sale in London for $2263 including buyers premium (see last photo).
Measures 5.5\" x 4.3\".
