RARE ANTIQUE GERMAN MAJOLICA EARLY ART NOUVEAU VASE WITH FRONT PANEL featuring BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL DARK-HAIRED MAIDEN, DRESSED IN GRECIAN TUNICS,HOLDING A BASKETFUL OF FLOWERS ON HER SHOULDER, SURROUNDED WITH GARLAND OF FLOWERS.

MARKS: There is an impressed # 19 on the bottom; no other marks detected. The craftsmanship, style of detailing and colors clearly point to German origins of the piece.

A REAL SHOW-STOPPER!

The piece is in great vintage condition; colors are sill vivid. There is expected crazing of the glaze; one tiny scuff on the bottom part of the handle (not visible with displayed vase, but trust me, it\'s there); 1 small flea bite and 1 surface paint scuff on the base of the vase; I microscopic surface scuff on pink band above the portrait panel (see enlarged photos); one small flea bite on the rim of the top opening (see last photos).
