Being offered is a scarce antique Wedgwood Etruria World\'s Columbian Exposition Chicago 1893 transferware tile depicting the Machinery Building at the fair. The tile measures 6\" x 6\", 3/8\" thick and weighs 1 lb 1 oz. The condition is as found with small chips on the edges, discoloration and craquelure of the glaze. There are no cracks or repairs and the tile is solid. The piece is stamped with Wedgwood\'s maker mark and a U.S. Patent and Trademark stamp as shown.
