RARE Antique 19th C PA German HAND WROUGHT FORGED Iron COOKIE Pierced SPATULA #7--- It is very hard to find a cookie spatula with this design and form- we have only had one other with this design in our 30 years of collecting. It is a steel or iron spatula with holes punched or pierced to aid in use for cookies or cakes. It is most likely from Lancaster County Pennsylvania as most of of our utensils are. It is nicely crafted by a blacksmith during the mid to late 1800s. The spatula measures 18.5\" in length with the blade width at approx 3.25\" at widest.
