This axe measures 11\" long with the axe head guard folded into the handle. The handle on this axe measures 9\". The guard is stamped \'MARBLE ARMS & MFG. CO. GLADSTONE, MICH. U.S.A. PAT\'D 1898.\'. The axe head is stamped \'MARBLE\'S GLADSTONE MICH. U.S.A. NO. 2 1/2\'.
