These are amazing! This is an Antique Set of 6 Venitian Murano Opalescent Water/ Wine Goblets with an Applied Ivory Glass Cameo. They are white opalescent Murano glass with gold , however, against the black background the opalescent white looks blue. In the second picture you can see the white against white. These glasses stand 7\"tall with a 4\" x 3.25\" cup and 3\" twisted stem on a 2.75\" round gilded base. These are stunning!These Goblets are truly an art and can be placed in the catagory of Murano Glass that has existed on the Venetian Island of Murano since the 10th century. Some of the notable glass houses like Venini, Salviati, Barovier & Toso, and Serguso are represented in top museums and private collections throughout the world.
