Glorious American BLOSSOM antique boudoir beddoll from the rebellious \"roaring 20\'s era\" circa 1920s -1930s madein NEW YORK CITY during the birth of the feminist movement and jazz age -inspired by the lavish Hollywood silver screen goddesses w the movie star GretaGarbo, Jean Harlow mystique - she is a flapper, a vamp - glamorous, feminine,yet provocative!

30\" tall - PRISTINE & EXCEPTIONALLY CRISP & CLEAN -really amazing all original condition - CAREFULLY stored away.

She has all the fabulous & unique trade-mark Blossom dollfeatures including longest elegant fringed luscious eyelashes, prettiestdistinctive stiffened silk cloth Blossom artist hand-painted sultry face (trulyamazingly immaculate like-new condition w beautiful coloring & theloveliest sheen), distinctive deeply contoured / boldly modeled eyelids, blueside-glancing painted eyes with 2 white accent dots on each pupil & redaccent dots on the inside corners, graceful & dramatic one stroke archedeyebrows, gorgeous perfectly blushed cheeks, red nostril dots, dramaticallyshaped Cupid\'s bow bee-stung red lips, immaculate peach-blush polished cotton\"sateen\" cloth body with darted bottom so she can sit & long longstraight legs, swivel neck (head turns) w hand sewn seam up back of head, noseam up back of body, stitched fingers w separate thumbs - fabulousdetail. She has platinum blonde silky mohair wavy roaring 20s style hairw a flounce of curls all the way around.

Her all original BLOSSOM costume is white (not at all yellowed!)organdy w frilly ruffles trimmed in pink binding throughout & the mostdivine & intricate hand stitched large silk ribbon flower medallions - theyare large - one on her hat & one on the dress - SO pretty! StunningSouthern Belle Diva / Crinoline Lady style w matching wide brim floppy hat,matching ruffled white organdy fingerless gloves, matching sleeveless bodicedress with armholes trimmed in the pink binding & sewn seam up back &attached big ruffled shoulders/ shawl collar & extravagant frilly circularskirt w double rows of ruffles, matching organdy separate petticoat w attachedshorts / panties / teddies. She also has her original signature BLOSSOMpearl strand necklace choker to cover her neck seam, long white silk stockingsin never removed / perfect condition & removable glossed oil-cloth /leatherette black flapper high heel slippers w square silver metal ornaments -they tie in a cute little bow around her ankles w the original black ties - alloriginal.

She is in what I will call very NEAR mintcondition - no odor, no yellowing, no fading, no obvious soil or stains, almost no signs of her almost 100 year old age! Not obvious,but with closest inspection of her costume, you will find an infrequentisolated tiny hole in the crisp organdy and a tiny black speck in a copy ofplaces (from the shoes I think) - VERY MINIMAL!

PLUS SHE HAS HER ORIGINAL CARDBOARD FOLD-UP CHAIR - so wonderful& interesting - stored w her all these years! This is probably a veryrare item to find remaining with one of these dolls! It is heavy heavycardboard & folds into a chair to display & holds her tightly w thecloth ties. It is in excellent condition with the exception of a creasein the cardboard along the bottom edge where it joins together - stillstructurally sound.
