Presented for sale is this superb Rare Vintage Beswick Beatrix Potter\'s Figure Mrs Tiggy-Winkle BP-2a 1st Version 2nd Variation.Produced by Beswick for only one year in 1972 with the plaid dress on the BP-2a backstamp, this rare figure was designed by Arthur Gredington and is model number 1107/2 being the First Variation 2nd Variation Gloss Finish, Plaid. She is wonderfully modelled and finished being a hedgehog wearing a red-brown and white plaid dress with a green and blue striped skirt and white apron, superb quality item/craftsmanship. Presented for sale is this superb Rare Vintage Beswick Beatrix Potter\'s Figure Mrs Tiggy-Winkle BP-2a 1st Version 2nd Variation.

Produced by Beswick for only one year in 1972 with the plaid dress on the BP-2a backstamp, this rare figure was designed by Arthur Gredington and is model number 1107/2 being the First Variation 2nd Variation Gloss Finish, Plaid. She is wonderfully modelled and finished being a hedgehog wearing a red-brown and white plaid dress with a green and blue striped skirt and white apron, superb quality item/craftsmanship.

Measuring 3 1/4\" high approx. she is in excellent used condition with no chips, cracks or restoration, but does have allover fine crazing commensurate with age and also has a manufacturing flaw in the glaze on the bottom right edge (pictured), this is not damage but how she would of originally come out of the kiln. She is marked to the base with the Beswick gold oval BP-2a backstamp, please see all the additional photos as they form part of the description.
