RARE BRITANNIA STERLING SILVER PAP BOAT TESSIERS of LONDON 1972 MEDICAL INVALIDS:

A very unusual Britanniasilver pap boat. It is hallmarked for London 1972 with the maker’s marks being HPover LP for Tessiers Ltd (Herbert & Lawrence Parsons) – a top end establishment. It has been traditionally designedin the form of an early example of the 1700\'s, originally they were used for feeding infants and invalids. It is in superb condition being free fromdings splits holes and repairs. It measures 4.75 inches (12cms) long by 2.5inches (6.3cms) wide and weighs 52 grams. A very interesting piece.
