ThisCarole Towne CollectionChristmas Village House has such great detail! I have addedseveral Photos so you can see the details. It is 8 1/2\"tall,7\"wide and5\" deep.I am selling this for a friend and it does not include the box (I will carefully pack and insure it) The only thing I see is that the factory seems to added a lot of glue to the items on front of the building (see photos) But otherwise this is awesome and hard to find. I try to list my items as carefully and honestly as possible and I have been a memberof for almost 15 years and have never hadnothing but positive response. I try to treat everyone fair and I enjoy giving positive response and I enjoy earning it.
