ENGLISH ANTIQUE WEDGWOOD 19\" PLATTER & TUREEN POTOMAC PATTERN JIMBO ESTATE NICHOLASVILLE, KY.Y Size: 19\" across by 15.75\" deep. Vegetable tureen: 13\" long x 9\" high. Mr. Jimbo was a major collector. If seen at a sale by certain dealers he would run out and not come back. Strange character! This is a real beauty. The platter is very nice with light wear, slight staining and light utensil wear. The tureen shows crazing, staining, a few stable hairlines that go through and overall wear from use. Mostwear is consistent with age. The potomac pattern in blue & white is not seen much. Marks on base are clear. The Wedgwood mark is impressed as is the potters mark. The set is large and heavy. Fresh to the market. You will not go wrong with this antique platter. Probably late 1800\'s.Help yourself here.
