You are viewing ten wonderful and RARE water glasses created for Earl Carroll\'s Theatre-Restaurant in Hollywood. Earl Carroll\'s was a prime location to spot celebrities from 1938-1948. All ten glasses are in excellent condition--no chips, cracks, flea bites, or other imperfections. The brochure is included with the ten glasses. The brochure alone sold for $57 in 2010 (and has not been offered since.)
The following information is quoted from the brochure that accompanies the glasses. \"A message from Earl Carroll. Dear Friend: Here at Earl Carroll\'s Theatre-Restaurant--center of the entertainment world--we have a fabulous collection of personal autographs of the most brilliant personalities of movie, stage and radio on our Wall of Fame. Visitors frequently told us that they, too, would like to have these authentic signatures. And so we designed and created Earl Carroll\'s Hollywood Autograph Glasses. The set consists of eight glasses with the personal autographs of more than one hundred and twenty-five of your favorite actors and actresses embossed on them in color. I\'m sure these unusual souvenirs will lend extra zest to your parties. Here\'s to more fun for all of us--at home and at Earl Carroll\'s in Hollywood. Sincerely, Earl Carroll.\"
The set offered here consists of ten glasses; two yellow, one black, one white, two orange, two red, one green, and one maroon. This set does not include the blue glass, which was part of the original set of eight.
