Josef Originals ceramics were designed by Muriel Joseph George. The first pieces were made in California from 1945 to 1962.

This rare Wu Fu ceramic figurine includes the oval sticker reading \"Josef Originals California\" and the \"Josef Originals\" ink stamp. It also has the \"Wu Fu\" name sticker near the bottom.

It is signed \"Josef Originals (C)\" on the bottom, directly in the ceramic material (see the photo for detail)

It isapproximately 10\" tall.

It is in excellent overall condition, with no chips or cracks,except that there is a hairline fracture on the back side running from his shoulders to the top hem of his garment (see the photo for detail)
