RARE Mid Century Atomic Bobrick era Vtg 50s modernist reflector Lamp:

Unusually rare \'fiberglass / coconut\' reflector lamp in the style of Mitchell Bobrick
Large 23 inch brass and metal cone lamp with a nearly 18 inch wide reflector. Sometimes you see a fiberglass \'coconut\' shade lamp, and thethe cone is usually made of the same material (those don\'t age well for sure). The metal cone makes this fantastic. The shade is also fantastic.
Condition:
Excellent vintage, intact condition, with only minor age related scuffs and some spotting on the base.The shade retains it\'s great shape without an abundance of loose fibers. Takes one normal sized Edison bulb.
As a mid century lamp lover, collector and seller, my philosophy is simple and two pronged;

One can easily buy a great $1000 contemporary lamp from Holly Hunt or Circa lighting, or Flos (to name a few) but the lamps I sell
will never be produced again and I appreciate their rarity.
2) HONESTY
I never sell \"Frankenstein\" lamps (odd pieces slapped together, slathered in new paint (oddly enough often fire engine red) and passed off as having an exotic (usually Italian, or Gino Sarfatti ) origin.
