RARE ORNATE GORHAM HENRY II STERLING ICE CREAM SPOONS (4) c1900:

This is a group of four heavy sterling ice cream spoons in the ornate \"Henry II\" pattern, which was patented by Gorham in 1900. Each spoon measures 5-15/16\" long and the total weight is 5.40 troy ounces. The are in excellent estate condition, and the bowls retain most of their original gold wash. They could use a bit more polish, but I will leave that to the new owner. They are well-marked on the reverse with Gorham\'s \"Lion-Anchor-G\", \"Sterling\", and \"Spaulding & Co.\", the original retailer. Any black marks are merely reflections. They are a wonderful set!
