Spectacular five piece set of vintage Tlaquepaque pottery. A large pitcher measuring 11¾inches tall and four mugs measuring 6½ inches tall.Circa 1940\'s, the design is a stylized version of an Aztec idol with headpiece, earrings, and jewelry. Excellent vintage condition. One mug has damage at the rim (see photo).In some parts of the pottery the brown paint was applied thinly and the red clay body shows through.Please examine the photos and ask any questions before offerding. The photos are an integral part of the description.
