ITEM DESCRIPTION

A rare and unusal antique early 19thC pearlware jug.

Printed with a Lord Nelson commemorative pattern finished with ochre rims.

I think it may be a Ralph Stevenson piece.

Measures just under 5.75 inches/14.3cm tall.

Some overall mild tinting with fine crazing, small flat chip to the interior of the handle.

I have not seen this design before and nor can I find any reference to it or any other examples anywhere.
