Highly desirable Victorian brass miniature Easel Frame with an intricate mythical beast/griffin design, holding a tintype photo of a handsome young man, undated but a lovely mid-to-late 19th century piece, only three and 1/2 inches high, two inches wide -- in superb condition, minor edgewear, tarnish and signs of aging, surprisingly detailed -- as pictured and described.
