What a fun and super rare piece to see! Louis Vuitton Monogram eye glass case...although it could have lots of other creative uses! Authentic, as always...although no markings can be seen now! Crafted by French Company of California....LV collaborated with them back in the 1970\'s through early 1990\'s to keep up with the high demand for products in the USA. As you can guess, due to the limited production time....they are very rare to find and when found.....treasured! Pieces were sold through high end department stores and luxury luggage boutiques...often pieces were private labeled - like for Saks Fifth Avenue....this one may have been, but it\'s markings aren\'t visible after so much time. All is strong and pretty on this rare cutie! It hasn\'t been carried of late - ready to be seen out and about with you! Measures 6.5 x 4 x 1\" approx. Lined in Moire and is a split compartment inside. Could multitask if you like - use it for pens and or art pencils - as a generous coin keeper - a smaller iPhone or other mobile device may fit nicely - check measurements! Free of any smells. Monogram presents nice - some small white dots here and there - may clean off. No cracks or splits. Silver tone hardware....the kisslock snaps tightly closed. Inside the lining shows wear - such as fraying and such...some discoloration too...it\'s not perfect...but still perfectly functional and intact for the most part! It\'s a split compartment inside. It\'s just adorable! Fun to pull from your pocketbook or even briefcase - perfect to protect that pretty pair of expensive glasses you adore. Shown with classic Dior Sunglasses - they stay with me!
