The toothpick dispenser has a hinged stainless lid that lifts up to access the toothpicks. The base has a looped stainless handle to pass the condiment dispenser around the table.It has the obvious angel hair, fine marks on the stainless, as you would expect to see on stainless items that have been lovingly used.This set was made by Rostfrei, it is 18/8 stainless, marked, \"Beograd\" which stands for Belgrade (Serbia)It\'s not every day you see one of these!Enjoy!
