My client has some nice Royal Doulton toby/character jugs to sell. I have many to list, so keep watching.

This listing is for a Royal Doulton character large jug: Izaak Walton, D6404. Issued 1953-1982. The figurine is in excellent stored condition and measures 7\" H. \"Izaak Walton and \"The Compleat Angler\" are incised in the mold. There are NO chips, cracks, nicks or crazing, but there are slight scuff marks on the bottom. The box is NOT included.

ABOUT IZAAK WALTON:

He is best known for his book \"The Compleat Angler\" or \"Contemplative Man\'s Recreation\". It was first published in 1653 and it became the most famous book written on the sport of fishing. The backstamp on this jug states that it commemorates the 300th anniversary of \"The Compleat Angler\".
