This is aRoyal Doulton Character Jug depicting Santa Claus Red with Reindeer handle. It is number D6675. It was designed by Michael Abberley &issued 1982 - 1982. It measures about 7¼" tall
The Santa Claus jug was first introduced in 1981. Itwas the first character jugto undergo design changes annually. The handle has been changed several times since 1981.
It is inwonderful condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or other signs of damage or repairs. A wonderful addition to any character jug or Royal Doulton collection.
