ROYAL DOULTON MINIATURE STONEWARE VASE Made for Jas Shoolbred & Co

This miniature Royal Doulton vase is quite rare and is from the Art Nouveau period of about 1900.. The base is impressed with the usual Royal Doulton marks andis also marked \"Made specially for Jas Shoolbred & Co. On close examination I noticed that there area few \"glaze cracks\"and the base is slightly discoloured as seen in photo 5. This is a \"dumpy\" little vase and is ideal for holding a pen or for using as a paperweight. Height of vase is just 2.1/4 inches (57mm).
