This is a beautiful antiqueImperial Russianbasket.

Russian Imperial 84 Silver basket.Hallmarked on the bottom with Kokoshnik turned left, initials \"IL\" for Ivan Lebedkin: Supervisor of Moscow Silver mintmasters since 1899, and number \"84\" for Imperial Russian Silver representing 875/1000 of Sterling Silver. This mark was used in 1898--1908. The mark of silversmith \"I F\" in Cirillic letters. That master worked in Moscow in 1863-1898. Items from his workshop are in the collection of State Historical Museum of Russia. (See description of this mark in the book of M.Postnikova-Loseva, N. Platonova, B.Ulyanova \"Gold and Silverwear of XV- XX cent\". St-Petersburg, 2003, P.217, #2527).
