FREE SHIPPING for any shipment whose value exceeds $60. Any shippingcharges you already paid will be refunded in full.
We combine multiple purchasesinto a single shipment. No extra postage for multiple purchases. If you pay more than 1 shipping charge, wewill refund your additional shipping charge(s) promptly. You do not have toask!
Normally we will send yourshipment with standard shipping (First Class Mail). Depending on the value of your shipment, thedestination, as well as other factors, we may send your shipment with tracking.Should we decide to do so, there is no extra cost to you. However, noteexception to the above in the next paragraph.
Notice to all buyers: If a shipment is lost or stolen, we may ask you topay for tracking for your future shipments. The cost of tracking is currently$2.70 within the US (Actual USPS cost-First Class Package with tracking) and$16.10 outside of the US (Actual USPS cost-Registered Letter). Of course, ifyou don’t wish to pay for tracking, you can ask us to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to splita shipment into 2 or more parts and ship each part separately, at no cost toyou. We may do that for example, ifyou are a new customer and you ordered a large number of stamps, or you ordereda number of high value stamps. We may require confirmation that you receivedpart 1, before we can ship part 2, and so on.
When you receive yourshipment, please check all the items carefully. If there is a problem with anyof the items, let us know and we will resolve it promptly.
