This print is from a rare British children\'s book, probably from the 1930s. It shows a mother rabbit and here two babies, resting beneath a tree admist lovely flowers.
There is a caption beneath the illustration that reads: \"These three rabbits are keeping a watchful look-out.\"
It is by the very famous British artist A. E. Kennedy.
Forgive the poor quality of the scan. The original has bright, rich colors. The page has text on the back, but it is not visible through paper.
The page measures approx. 7.75x10.75 inches, and the actual image area is about6.5x8 inches. The page is in excellent condition for its age, though it does have a slight warm tone from age.
This is NOT a recent copy or modern reproduction, but a GENUINE vintage item. I was unable to find a copyright date, but it at least 60 and probably 70 years old.
All prints are delivered in an archival sleeve and packed flat with heavy cardboard (or rolled in a sturdy box). I stand behind my products and offer a FULL REFUND if you think the product does not match the description in any way.
