Dedham, Massachusetts: H. Mann & Company, 1816. 463 pages. Condition: Bound in original full brown leather binding. There has been professional repair to the spine leather, with some mended spots on the spine edges joints and corners. The repair was top notch and is barely noticeable without close examination. The binding is tight and the contents are complete. Light scattered foxing to the text.A rare and early American song book. The words are set to music and scored. This has parallel Mormon interest because many early Mormon leaders had membership in the Masons and a background in Masonry.This copy is in great condition and is far above the average condition for this title. Books bound in calfskin from this time period are often found with chipped spines, and broken or detached covers.
