* * * Rare Double Eagle H&C Disston Joiner\'s Saw * * * Offered is a rarely found beautiful \"Double Eagle\" H&C Disston No 3 Joiner\'s saw with 3 split nuts holding the Rosewood handle with both full horns intact, no breaks which is amazing for a saw over 160+ years old. This was manufactured when Henry & Charles Disston were combined in the making before Charles signed his saws. There is an arched \"Henry Disston\" etch on the blade (see photo). There are 6 teeth per inch with none missing. This is a fabulous saw for any saw collector to add to their collection.

The top rail is stamped between both Eagle logos \"Philada H&C Disston (Arched) ~ \"3\" ~ Warranted\".
Business edge measures 19 3/4\" long with 6 tpi, no missing teeth ~ still sharp ~ cuts well. The height of the blade is 1 13/16\" with an arched \"Henry Disston\" etch. Overall length is 26 7/8\". Full Rosewood horned handle. 3 brass split nuts. Excellent overall condition.Starting at a fair price, with , offer with confidence.
