A rare 19th century fantastic Russian water glass, c.1870. It depicts an enamel lady portrait on frosted background. Decorated with gold borders and silver leaves. On reverse there are words of dedication in Russian which mean \"My gift for your Angel Day 1871\". The glass is 3 3/4 inches tall, 3 inches in diameter at the top and 2 1/8 inches in diameter at the bottom. The water glass in in excellent for its age condition with no problem to report.
