Both of these dolls have that. i think the cloth is filled with sawdust. There\'s a little bit of sawdust coming out of the girls arms. These are very rare dolls

The clothes are in fair to poor condition they need cleaning and some stitching elastic needs to be replaced. There\'s a broke spot just under the word American on the boy. I think it\'s suppose to have an Indian head under the American. The girl has a small crack or split in her chin. I believe the boy was some kind of toy. There\'s a hard round thing in his belly. His arms are composition and both hands are damaged
