Vintage Saddle Flask with Leather Case, Glass bottle and cup. The cap and cup appear to be silverplate. The only mark is a small \"3\" on the bottom of the cup. It is rare to find one of these that is complete, often the cup is missing. This one has a long leather strap. Not the typical strap for a saddle flask. I\'m not sure if there is another name for this type of flask, I have always seen them called saddle flasks. The glass bottle has no chips or cracks. There is some residue on the inside. I did not attempt to clean it. The cap twists and then flips up. Works as designed. There is a cork lining on the inside of the top of the cap. It is intact. The leather is in very good condition for its age. It is all intact. The \"hinge\" that holds the cover is hanging in there. These are often broken or repaired. Shows wear consistent with age and normal use. See images to assess overall condition.
