Rare Heavy Repousse J. C. Grogan Water Pitcher. This is a beautiful and extremly rare antique American Sterling water pitcher made by Durgin. This was retailed by JC Grogan. This water pitcher is finely detailed with heavy floral repousse. It is solid sterling and has a handle with a rococo handle. The bottom is marked Sterling numbered 151 and J.C Grogan. It is rare to find a water pitcher that is completely covered in repousse design. It is in excellent condition. Weight is 14 1/2 ounces. It measures 6 3/4 inches high by 6 5/8 inches wide.
