A true complete set of seven pieces that has been together it\'s whole life and includes 2 full size sofas, 2 large arm chairs and 3 side chairs. The carving is great and the overall appearance is so pretty. Just set it up in my house to show what it could look like, it was hard to get any good pictures in the shop. We did the most thorough job of restoring this set and it needs nothing. The upholstery is so pretty and being of a dark burgundy and rich gold it will go with about any room setting. All springs have been retied and everything has been done to make this set more comfortable then it ever was. The set came out if the Brown mansion outside Washington Dc and was in disarray when I bought it, now to its original grandeur it can be part if your mansion. Super set strongly attributed to Herter of NY circa 1870.
